Education: studies in communications, sociology, anthropology, economics, finance, business or humanities
>2 years professional experience in a process-driven business development, human relations, HR or similar is required ; experience in recruiting top mid- to senior talent across a wide range of functions (can also be Tech specific) is a significant plus
Experience in high growth talent acquisition function preferably in top tier tech or fintech industry; experience in high growth algorithmic trading will be a significant plus
Hands on experience and track record in employer branding would be a significant plus
Interest or experience in trading and digital assets markets is a plus

Owning and managing hands on full cycle recruitment for roles in a dedicated business area - from job design up until employee onboarding
Act as an internal expert for trends, good practices and market tendencies
Overseeing and continuous improvement of our processes and practices (including education of everyone involved in hiring) to facilitate rapid high growth and simultaneously ensure great quality of experience
Collaborating with hiring managers on collecting requirements, managing expectations, educating about processes and market and overall supporting throughout the hiring process
Developing the employer brand through advertising, promotion and community involvement with occasional participation in carefully selected recruitment focused events (possible collaboration with marketing department of Harvey)
